As the great danger I can see is that this may cause more racism than resolve and unite which surely is the goal. Surely a balance needs to be struck. Minorities have been marginalised in media historically. Maybe the same could be said for disability’s. I am an avid reader of books and take little interest in diversity of Authors. But why when you look harder the diversity is not there. Maybe media companies need to be not going over kill on every show regardless of historical period ensuring ethnic numbers are placed. As the great danger I can see is that this may cause more racism than resolve and unite which surely is the goal. So many view points, so many diverse opinions, so much triggering - I hardly know where to plant my 'likes'.
