As I said earlier the pandemic has affected people in different ways so let's try and be more understandingThis makes me angry. Care home and nursing home residents and staff have been forgotten. Most of the staff where I live are still off ill, a lot with covid. Only had three staff a day for a week, plus night shift staff are poorly too. Only our 2nd outbreak in two years, as staff have worked very hard as a team to try to avoid this situation. Even pre outbreak we were back to one next of kin visit a week only. It will be at least 2 to three months yet before life is anywhere near normal for myself and other residents. We just have to get on with it but it's hard on residents and staff. Some visitors just don't get it still and obviously some don't understand why they don't have visitors or can't go out.
